Will I have to pay a realtor or closing agent fees if I decide to sell?

No! We will cover 100% of your closing costs. You will not have to pay a penny.
How long does it take to sell my land?

Typically our land closings take 30 days to supply payment and gather all the necessary documents for a land transaction.
